Well, let's have a great big " NEVER MIND " ....!!!

Okay - those side effects come with the cholesterol meds!!

Ahahahahahahaaaaa!!! OMG, sometimes I am the world's biggest dufus!!

Still - I'd just as soon fix this osteopenia situation myself, so I'm

still open to information, suggestions, etc.

(I did double up on the calcium/magnesium today)...

I do a good bit of that already - although I expect there is always

Visited a friend once - I thought if she boiled the broccoli
