One of the POM juices I give to Tanner has blueberry juice in it

of and it's mixed with the pomegranate juice which is also proven to

But funny you brought this up. Speaking of fruits and stuff that

tastes like grape juice. Did you or anyone see on NBC the segment

about grapeseed extract?

I wonder if grapeseed spray oil is similar to the grapeseed extract? It's a

non-stick cooking spray I use only on medium high heat up to 425 degrees

for pan-frying, saueteing, and baking.

Love the mango poms, blueberry is the family favorite though!

Yum! I used to make blueberry juice when my kids were younger and

still living at home. I have about 20 bushes, and we went through a

lot of juice. Now I mostly just throw a handful into my smoothie

every day, and not bother with the hassle of making and preserving the

juice, since they are no longer living here.
