Freedom Foundation, a leading NGO in the fields of AIDS and Addictions, with

pioneering interventions in 6 cities of South India, has started two large-scale

projects sponsored by the Global Fund for TB, AIDS & Malaria. The GFATM Round 2

projects are located at Bangalore & Hyderabad. FF now requires for Bangalore

(Hyd positions will be advertised later):

PROJECT MANAGER - (1 post) MPH/MD- Community Health- REF:FF/G2 -001-BLR

5 years experience of managing large scale projects with both service & research

components. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS with focus on treatment with anti-retroviral a

must. Excellent M & E skills, communications, reporting and planning. Required to

oversee implementation of the project, set up further projects and liaison with

Govt. agencies. Willingness to travel a must. Regional language essential with

excellent written & spoken English.

PHYSICIANS (2 posts): MBBS or MD - REF : FF/G2 -002

5 years experience in treatment and management of HIV/AIDS. Candidates with

experience in ARV treatment will be preferred. Ability to run and administer a

large OP clinic essential.

MICROBIOLOGIST (1 post) Ph. D / MD - REF : FF/G2- 003

Experience in setting up a lab along with QA standards. Will over see a team of

technicians.

COUNSELORS - Masters- Psychology/ Social Work - REF : FF/G2- 004

5 years counseling experience. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS a must with willingness to

learn and keep abreast of the latest treatment issues. Good communication &

inter personal skills, regional languages, documentation & reporting skills.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT - - REF : FF/G2- 005

With 5-8 yrs exp. as Finance Manager/Asst. Finance Manager. The incumbent will

supervise functioning of Finance Dept; prepare budgets, MIS reports, cash flow

statements; advise on statutory matters; liaise with Internal/Statutory

Auditors. Must have good written & communication skills -exp. with NGOs will be

a plus.

ACCOUNTANT - B.Com / M.com - REF : FF/G2- 006

With 4-6 yrs exp. in accounting/ book keeping activities

RESEARCH OFFICERS - REF : FF/G2- 007

Ph. D / M. Phil with 5 years exp. In Psycho-social Research

STATISTICIAN - REF : FF/G2- 008

Post Graduate in Statistics

DATA MANAGERS - MCA or equivalent - REF : FF/G2- 009

Ability to manage large amount of data, design and develop programs, generate

reports and coordinate all data management.

NURSES - B Sc or Diploma - REF : FF/G2- 0010

Experienced in general nursing to work in an OP setting . Good records keeping

with ability to dispense medicines.

LAB TECHNICIANS - B. Sc / M. Sc / DMLT - FF/G2- 0011

5 years experience of working in an advanced & fully automated set up.

OFFICE MANAGER - Graduate -FF/G2- 0012

With secretarial background & familiar with office systems, good communication

skills
