detox question

I realized at 6 AM that I don't have a cold, I am detoxing. DUH! no fever, no aches and pains, just loads of mucous and slightly sore throat and nose. Yep, detox.

My question is - both DH and I have had back problems lately. I am guessing that my kidneys are unclogging (or clogged) because of the location of the pain. It is not a real muscle pain, just pain in the kidney area. Has anyone else felt this sort of pain when detoxing? I thought I slept wrong, but it is not that same feeling.

The main symptom of kidney stones is pain in the left or right lower back or pelvic area - could the detox be finding some?? I didn't have pain there with detoxing. Sorry. The pain is the same on both sides. Equal rights for kidneys! <G> Comes and goes, but equal.

Nope, that's not it. Not constipated and no kidney failure. Thanks anyway.

I didn't mean failure... I was thinking blockage that is starting to break loose maybe causing the pain..Gayla <aeranch@...> wrote: Nope, that's not it. Not constipated and no kidney failure. Thanks anyway. Gayla

I don't know. Interesting that we would both get it at the same time. We almost never get sick and certainly not with the same thing at the same time.

It is more likely to be deep muscle

soreness. Have you been dancing with your goats again Gayla? *giggles*

Hi ,

You wouldn't want to do them all every day anyway. The last you want to do is

to push your body to do more than it is able to do. That will just overwhelm

your system and stop the healing from taking place. Bee has often said that the

most effective way to rid the body of heavy metals is to eat 'good' fats,

especially coconut oil and butter. I would suggest that you concentrate most on

eating a proper diet.

The use of the sauna, Epsom salt bath and coffee enemas can be done at your own

discretion. Saunas and Epsom salt baths are particularly good when you have

sore muscles, while coffee enemas might be good to do when you have die-off that

gives you flu-like symptoms and/or headaches.

Don't worry if you don't do these. There is no point in overwhelming yourself.

You can still get healthy without doing any of these treatments since it's

proper nutrients through Bee's food list and supplements that will do the main

healing.

Hope that helps!
