Dear friends,

As for the information to rename Voluntary and Testing Centres as Red Ribbon

Clubs, it would not be appropriate. RRC are clubs that are created for school

and college going adolescents to rope in more involvement and contribution from

their part to reduce the prevalence among their peers in schools and colleges.
