Ingredients 3 cups shredded cabbage ¼ cup chopped red onion 1 Granny apple chopped ½ cup chopped walnuts ¼ cup Raw Apple Cider vinegar ¼ cup fresh squeezed apple juice 1½ teaspoons raw honey Preparation 1. In a large bowl combine first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, cider and honey. Add salt to taste. 2. Toss dressing with vegetables. (Optional – sprinkle with 1 TBSP finely chopped fresh parsley) 3. Chill until ready to serve. Original recipe calls for 1 lb. of shredded cabbage (7 cups) and 2 Granny apples. But I found that to be an awful lot of cabbage. I basically took a head of cabbage and one or two apples..depending on size. Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed?
