Hi team!

Happy happy holidays to all of you wonderful, smart, and caring

people. I pray 2008 will be the best year ever for all of us!

I've been having a perplexing problem lately. I have been trying to

only have blended drinks like green smoothies and fruit smoothies

during the day. Sometimes also have a handful of raw nuts at lunch. I

figure it's a great way to gert lots of raw nutrition.

At night I usually have the same cooked meal as the family, sometimes

just salad and toast. The problem is (surprisingly) constipation! It

seems like the more blended drinks I have, the worse it gets. What

could possibly be going on?

I only use fruit, water, greens, aloe juice, and msm in my blended

drinks. I blend peelings and all, so really don't get what's going on.

Any ideas?
