Guest guest
Yes....Vit D helps the body absorb calcium.... Vitamin D is promoted in terms of bone growth, but we also need to think in terms of vitamin D's other effects on the body. It may be that we should be promoting dietary vitamin D intake at recommended levels to ensure optimal lung function as well as to form and maintain healthy bones, More research is being done with the lungs and D.Gayla <aeranch@...> wrote: Should that make you absorb more calcium into your bones? Guest guest
We are the most calcium supplemented nation in the world, yet have such a high incidence of brittle bones. The problem is not a lack of calcium, rather, our bodies will sequester lead in the bones, thereby, displacing calcium. My own son had a knee surgery some three years ago. Then the other knee by the same surgeon just in the past few months. The surgeon wanted to know what we had given him since the last surgery, as he noted that my son's bones are the hardest that he has ever encountered, and he performs hundreds of these surgeries each year. We got the lead out with Natural Cellular Defense liquid zeolites. And the Mercury, other metals and chemicals also. His migranes went away, and apparently, his bones became stronger. Nice. I asked Rik Deitsch about this, the biochemist, who owns the patent, and he got very excited. He shared with me that osteo. is of special interest and study to him, and we dialogued for some time on the science. Good stuff. , BS.HT Board Certified Holistic Practitioner www.SignificantHealing.com www.ZeoliteExpert.com 859-801-1730 >
