ok....perhaps I didn't make myself clear, so here goes...

Is seems some people were offended by my " reply reply reply " post. Please, no

offense meant. I was merely commenting that having to click a few buttons to

add or change an address is after all *not* that much work. Lets get some

perspective and take a few deep breaths.......preferably with what ever

calming essential oil you have on hand.

As to the need for copying and pasting. It is my understanding the point of

copying and pasting is to *refresh* the readers on the original topic so they

have something to jog their memory. After all, were we not *all* sent the

original post to begin with? And, shouldn't the subject reflect the content

of the post? Certainly in almost every post there is some information that

does not need to be repeated in order to understand the subsequent replies.

Also, the option to get replies and messages in neat little packages is

available to all.....you just simply convert your subscription to digest. For

the record, it is just as important to those of us on digest that there be

*some* connection made between a question and a reply as the replies don't

always come on the same day or in the same digest.

As to those who send the thanks and atta girl posts, I promise I won't think

you're rude if I don't see the note you've written in thanks. I assume as

adults we all know how and when to send a thank you note.

I find this list, as with many of the lists I am on, to be a wealth of

information. I appreciate all who share their experience and knowledge.

Perhaps if we all spend a few more seconds making sure our subject lines are

relevant to what we are writing about, and our responses contain enough

information to make them clear what it is we are responding too, we could

meet the needs of all of us on the list. Certainly there has to be some

common ground.
