This recipe also works well using.kale.2 pounds collard greens1 red onion, cut up (optional)1 teaspoon sea saltJuice of one large lemon or lime¾ cup olive oil1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave (or 2 soaked dates)1 clove garlic½ teaspoon dry mustard (optional)Dash of pepper (optional)1-2 teaspoons grated orange zest (optional)Clean green, slice greens into thin strips and place in a largebowl. Salt the greens, gently massage for a few minutes and allowto sit for at least 20 minutes. Then blend lemon/lime juice, olive oil, sweetener, garlic, pepperand mustard and pour this liquid over the greens. Stir gently andallow to sit out until ready to serve.(For a faster method use additional salt, allow to sit for at least10 minutes, then lightly rinse salt from greens, quickly blot dryand proceed with recipe) Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed?
