What incident? I live in land but have not heard anything but havent seen news in a while.

I can't find the link to the story, but here's the gist.

"More than 2300 children in Prince 's County have been

expelled from school for up to a month and a half because they have not received

their shots for chicken pox and hepatitis B. This Saturday the parents of more than 1600 children have been ordered to attend Circuit court, where medical officials will be on standby to forcibly inject their children ...."

I did hear about this. land laws are very strict as to immunizations that kids must have to be in school. If they don't have them they will by not allowed to return to school until they are current unless due to religious beliefs they refuse thee shots. PG county is trying to make up for the officials not doing their job and keeping up on who need what shots. Also PG county has high poverty level and high immigrants which add to the lack of immunization in the kids.
