Guest guest
hey everyone! i'm kris..i'm 24 living in the caribbean and i hate to punctuate. but i will make the odd exception for a period lol. i'm needing to lose a chunk of weight and the gym isn't convenient for several reasons so i'm trying my hand at the workout thing at home. my sister bought me walk away the pounds 1 2 and 3 mile walk. doable...but a bit too slow a pace for me (though i will alternate because my other dvd set is crazy tough!) i recently got billy blanks bootcamp and a year ago and 30 lbs ago i would have been able to do this easily - well..at least i could do it - i made it through half hour of the 50 minute workout yesterday for the first time. There are other dvds in the collection but i am probably not going to tackle them for another couple weeks yet. i LOVE working out but i'm having trouble being motivated. Seems like you ladies are super motivated so maybe that'll help I've just come down from a horrible two years of my life with the past year being the worst. i regained the lovely 30 lbs i worked hard to lose and can't seem to get back intot he mindframe i once had for working out, but other areas of my life and snapping nicely back into place. thanks for having me - sorry for writing a book! Should i include more specifics on the dvds in the future? I got billy bands..the resistance things and i'm so deathly afraid i'll take out an eye or a window i used them for a minute and switched to dumbells which wont do what he intends those bands to do! Thanks again for having me Kris p.s. in my siggy u'll find a link to my blog. Be ware ...sometimes the lingo isn't all PG! http://pixelated24.blogspot.com It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.
