It's amazing the difference in Mexican food here in CO as opposed to CA. It is not as hot, but much more flavourfull. I don't find the food hot here. did you ever go to the place on the north side of town - started with a J think - they had spinach enchiladas. Good!

there. I love Mexican food of all kinds, but New Mexican is still my favorite.
