Sugar & Dairy free ice cream

Here is a sugar-free and dairy-free recipe for “ice cream.”

Banana-Apple Ice Cream

1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced, frozen overnight in a ziplock bag

1/2 - 2/3 cup apple juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Put the all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy, adding apple juice if needed for a soft freeze texture. Eat immediately. Makes about 1 cup.

Oh, I am SOOOOO jealous! Our coffee grinder just went belly up, so am hand grinding all my herbs and stuff with a mortar and pestle. Thrift stores here almost always have coffee grinders. This is the first Magic Bullet I have seen.
