Guest guest
I will try to provide any information and help that I can. Just as some additional info: As I indicated I'm 55 shortly to be 56. I have been on spironolactone for almost 6 years. I found s specialist at the University of Pennsylvania who handles tumors of the adrenal gland. He reviewed my case and told me that he could only correct the condition by removing both adrenal glands. Talk about going from the frying pan into the fire. So I will be on the medication for the rest of my life. As to the side effects, i.e. feminization of my body, I'm trying to make lemonade from the lemons. As to myself, I have just returned to work after 10 months of looking. I'm a physicist and computer scientist. I even worked for MIT; but, I'm over fifty, which I believe was the major problem in getting a new job. I am not a medical person, but I have a good knowledge of medical information. My wife is the medical person, she's an emt, er tech and radiology tech. Take care, Stan Goliaszewski
