Guest guest
Suzy, would you please tell me how much turmeric and how much cinnamon is required in these recipes? Thanks, Rena Bet you didn't know...... In case of severe cold which has been nagging on for a longer duration or interminnently recurring TURMERIC can be a very very effective cure.Turmeric powder (pure from genuine source ) is added to rice milk and boiled steaming hot.In case dried turmeric roots are availaible they can be cleaned first and then used. Once the milk has taken the full color of the turmeric(reddish yellow) then it is slowly to be sipped as hot as possible before going to bed. A very hot feeling will be felt through the chest and lungs and blocked nasal passage will be cleared. Next morning the deposits of cough will be extreted along with the stools.A burning sensation may be felt in passing the stools. Since this cure increased the heat in the body it shold be done with care and never continously for more than 2 days. Relief will be felt immediately and can be practised in alternative days for a few days as comfortable. Cinnamon is an effective remedy for common cold. Coarsely powdered and boiled in a glass of water with a pinch of pepper powder and honey, it can be beneficially used as medicine in cases of influenza, sore throat, and malaria. Its regular use during the rainy season prevents attacks of influenza. Cinnamon oil, mixed with honey, gives relief from cold. Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed?
