Guest guest
My Top 3: 1. Keep my circulatory detoxified of toxins that are know to cause symptoms and disease, such as heavy metals, plastics, herbicides, pesticides, etc. Natural Cellular Defense liquid zeolites. Over the years of all the herbs, vitamins, practices, this is made the greatest impact. 2. Good bacteria for the digestive tract. In our world, we no longer consume regular amounts of good bacteria with our food, such as produce, milk, meat, etc. Thanks to chemicals. NuFerm by Czerral Wheeler (who is a scientist in Australia) has the only probiotics that are replicated nature; meaning, that once you consume them, they grow colonies and renourish the microflora (reversing damage from antibiotics, stress, chemicals, etc.). Many people need only do a cleanse with this product, then small amounts over time. 3. Moderate exercise, clean water and organic food. Okay, that was three; but, it is a lifestyle. Clean out the garbage, put in the good stuff and keep moving. , BS.HT Board Certified Holistic Practitioner www.SignificantHealing.com www.ZeoliteExpert.com 859-801-1730 --- In health , " cctux " <cctux@...> wrote: > > Hi team! > > First, thanks to all who advised me about that constipation thing. Guest guest
Hi CherylThat's a tough one! I would say, in no particular order:--Diet/Intake. This includes what I eat, what I drink , and supplements. And how much, how often and the quality of each;--Exercise, fresh air and proper breathing. I think they go hand in hand;--A positive mental/spiritual attitude. My signature line "peace, love, laughter" is not just a cool thing to say. It's how I live. Be at peace with yourself, others and your environment; practice genuine non-conditional love; and LAUGH for goodness sake!! Take true joy in yourself and others, and your Creator. There you have it.Peace, love, laughtercctux <cctux@...> wrote: Hi team! First, thanks to all who advised me about that constipation thing. Guest guest
These lists so far are very interesting. It shows who is a vegetarian and who is not, first off. But it also shows that every body is different, so every list will not be the perfect fit for all. Guest guest
In a perfect world, it would be so simple home grown food with no chemicals exercise (which we used to get alot of before tv and video games) happiness (the love of life) There would be no need for supplements... herbs, we would get from the homegrown... vitamins ... from the homegrown... no need to cleanse cause we wouldn't have the chemicals... exercise... either from keeping the garden or other means.. and happiness..... when life was simple we were happy..... A person should laugh every day... hysterically! Use that tv or radio to find a comedy... Enjoy time with those you care for. Does the body good!!!! Ahhhhhhh but this is today.. PROGRESS they call it... Is it????? Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered. Guest guest
1. A positive attitude. Smile more! It is contagious. You can find something good in anything and this in turn affects your health in a positive manner no drug, herb, food, or drink could. 2. Move your body. No expensive equipment needed. Get up and walk, garden, dance with your kids, or play with your pets. The more exercise you get, the better you will feel. 3. Try to include the full spectrum of the rainbow in your diet every day. Have some green, purple, orange and yellow foods today. The more colors you include throughout the day, the better able you are to get complete nutrition. Wash your rainbow down with some rain (clean water) and you are all set.
