Seem to be doing alright now; I upped the greens and efa's in my diet. Hope this doesn't seem to snoopy, but I am genuinely wondering - especially from our older, wiser members - what do you consider your top 3 health practices? Is it the way you eat, like raw or vegan? Is it the amount of water you drink or super tonic, walking, meditation? If you were to recommend 3 things to someone to build and maintain health, what would those 3 things be? I am genuinely curious about this! As for me, I guess I would say 2-4 quarts of water, meditation, and blended drinks daily. (Sure wish I could force myself into that daily excersise thing...)
