As I said before I would tweak it some and not saute all the ingredients.. but that is me. Simmer and cook over low flame for 5 minutes.Let cool. Strain into glass jar. Cover and refrigerate.(Makes enough for a week with one teaspoon a day.) Did everyone hear on the news that there was supposedly a 'major' UFO sighting in Texas over the weekend.
