For those of us who are having a problem with arthritis.........try rubbing castor oil on the painful sight. It works! Weird, but true. Re: I AM NEGATIVE WOMAN!! FANTFREAKINGTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a box of plain old baking soda, about fifty cents, fill the bath tub, adding the baking soda, and when the tub is filled, climb in. Your body (if you have never done this before) will turn the water grey. That is the heavy metals in your pores being pulled out. It never quite works as dramatically as the first time.
