>>> Does anyone have any experience using a " systemic enzyme "

supplement?

It sounds like you are referring to enzymes taken between meals for

them to get into the body system. Is this right?? If so, I've used

enzymes between meals with good results from the beginning.

Sometimes the term 'systemic enzymes' gets confused because at times it

is used to describe metabolic enzymes...as opposed to digestive

enzymes. As far as I know, metabolic enzymes cannot really be

supplemented. They need to be produced within the body itself.

I think I mean metabolic enzymes, because they must be specially

coated to not get used up in digestion so that they can go elsewhere

to reduce inflammation. (???) From what I understood in my

reading, taking digestive enzymes between meals would not be enough

to accomplish this.

Hello, my name is and I can't tell you how much I appreciate all

the wonderful things I learn on this group!

I was wondering if any of you use systemic enzyme therapy and if so,

what do you think of it? What brands do you use? I've tried Wobenzym

and have been very happy with it, but wondered if there were other

types that were good. Do you take the enzymes all the time or just

when you feel you need them?

The reason I started trying them was to help with my carpal tunnel.

They were very helpful. I've also thought they've helped when I was

having sinus problems. Also, if I correctly understand what they do,

they thin the blood, so they would also be beneficial to use instead of

aspirin for your heart, correct?

Thank you to all who put so much work into this group!

THank you . I do plant enzymes but only when I'm not eating raw.. I don't believe in taking anything all the time unless there is a "good" reason for it.. I believe the body needs to be able to work on its own from time to time without "crutches" Suzisampson_dogs <lkemary@...> wrote: Hello, my name is and I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the wonderful things I learn on this group! Hello ,

I took systemic enzymes sometime ago when trying to dissolve the ovarian cyst and uterine fibroids. I tried for 6 months and in the beginning I thought they were working, but as I didn't see any relevant result, I moved to something else.

Remember that systemic enzymes must be taken far from meals while food enzymes are taken with meals.

I suggest that if you need to take the systemic enzymes for a long time, take some rest now and then. For instance, don't take during weekends, or don't take during one week every month, or something else that works for you.

If you take something constantly, your body gets used to it and doesn't respond as expected.

Moreover, the systemic enzymes are supposed to solve a problem so get off periodically to see if your condition is improving or not.

If you need to take aspirin, you can take the herb White Willow Bark instead.
