Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Last night I grated a couple of carrots very fine in long pieces. Chopped 2 or 3 tbsp of Italian parsley. Warmed a little olive oil in a pan and added the carrots and parsley. Over low heat, I barely warmed them up. MMMMM! What surprised me is the flavor was like parsnips! Good, raw and healthy.
