Blowing nose and sounding like frog horn

No kidding my son in law is super loud and obnoxious when blowing

his nose. The whole house could shake if it was able to. Once he

blows his nose there goes my daughter's sleep too. It takes her somes

over 90 minutes to get back to sleep. He does have allergies, not

doing anything about it either.

Anyone ever experience frog horn nose blowing?

Maybe it's a structural thing, but still.

Help please.
