Hey all,

I've been having a time this year trying to get my glands to go

down. The ones at the base of the skull behind the ears are the

most painful. (Every gland on my body swoll up on me for the first

time about ten years ago when I was sharing a room with a Japanese

woman outside of Chicago - I'm talking groin and everthing almost

dangerously to the max...I'm definately not that bad at this time

but I'm certainly concerned because of the length of time.) I've

been off my allergens, soy, glutens, eggs, dairy and I am taking a

plant digestive enzyme w/ an acidophyllus supplement before meals, a

HCL supplement and one mult vitamin per day w/ meals and an

antiparasite after meals. This is in addition to the 2nd term of

antibiotics I had to start on Monday. I'm just weak and in pain. I

searched the files and saw that Suzi had posted some information on

Kelp, Dulse and Bladderwrack as something I might want to add in to

support the endocrine system and get the glands down. I have today

off so I can get to the healthfood store this morning to get some

Kelp supplements. If anyone has any other suggestions like

compresses that would be helpful (hot or cold) etceteras I would

appreciate it (I've been doing vicks.) This is going on three

months now and the doc will start lab work if this round of

antibiotics doesn't kick whatever it is out. (talking $$$ yipes)

Thanks for any helpful thoughts. Doll.
