Insane Itch

HELP!!! I have had this intense itch on my arms and chest for a

couple months now.

There is no rash. No scabies or mites. I've had my blood checked

for lupus and liver functions and it comes back okay. The

dermatologist keeps giving me steroid creams which do nothing but

make my skin burn and intensifies the itch. I've told her this and

she blows me off. I won't be seeing her again.

I have no new foods, detergents, clothes, meds, etc. I quit drinking

diet soda about 1.5 months ago, but the itch started before that. I

was told maybe it was the toxins coming out of my skin.

I have tried salt baths, oatmeal baths, honey and milk baths. I

don't use shampoo (Dr. Bronners is soap, not detergent based). I am

at a loss and it is driving me crazy! It seems to be under my skin,

like a million fire ants chewing from the inside. It seems to run

along the muscles in my shoulders and arms.

Has anyone had something like this and is there anything you would

suggest to help me rid myself of it. I've seen liver herbs suggested

on other sites and tried some, but they have not helped. Dandelion,

tumeric, marshmallow, licorice in a pill form.
