Dear Vilik,

Here you go:

linoleic acid linolenic acid

Flax 9 18 16 57

Canola 6 62 22 10

Soy 15 24 54 7

Walnut 16 28 51 5

Hazelnut 11 81 5 3

Olive 14 77 8 1

Peanut 18 49 33 0

Corn 13 25 61 1

Safflower 10 13 77 0

Sesame 13 46 41 0

Does anyone have the comparable information for animal sources of fats?

Best of Health!

Hi Saul! Do you have the specs for Hemp Oil? I heard Udo Erasmus speak

here about 2 years ago and he was saying that Hemp Oil is the most

nutritious oil overall, even more than Flax Oil, if I'm NOT mistaken. I

know that Industrial Hemp (NOT Marijuana) is now LEGAL in Canada, so you

should be seeing the Hemp Oil (non-sterilized) within the year. The

Hemp Oil available here in the U.S. has to made with STERILE seeds by

LAW, which would NOT have the energy, that Hemp Oil made with

non-sterilized seeds has!
