Now feel like I am back on track and rearing to go. Tomorrow I am doing the same but adding the baby spinach I forgot. Would love to get some recipes from you all for someone getting back on the raw vegan bandwagon. (Yeah, was doing cooked vegan while I ws without a juicer, and boy did my stomach hurt!) Sometimes I think we need to hear that from someone else to discipline ourselves. It really helped me kick myself in the butt and made me want to show myself I can do this and will. That's good you got back on track. However, I don't want to, nor like to, be hard on people on an open group like this, since it can be mis-interpreted that I don't understand or have empathy. This is a self-help program so each person needs to discipline themselves, and not need me to police them. If anyone needs that kind of support, they should find a person they can buddy with.
