Guest guest
hey Dan, no problem if you forget to trim. i just wanted to bring trimming to the attention of the list and your posts were, at the time, providing the best example. since we're on the topic, when Buddhists meditate and notice their attention is flagging, rather than chastising themselves (not that you were at all doing that, Dan, but anyway...) they just bring their attention back to their breathing and body sensations. i was told it was LIKE gently putting your arm around your own shoulder and lovingly directing your attention back. (i'm only saying this because we're on a mailing list on the topic of health and that kind of approach generally can be helpful, i feel) being hard on ourselves just binds us up in guilt and obscures our sense and experiencing of the real " us " beneath, IMO. i am going to start another mailbox, and have my hotmail forwarded to it too, if that's possible. ...tho i would like a web-based mail system that gives more than 's 3MB limit. i tried netscape's mail, which gives 5MB, but the set up was horrendous, and awkward. does anybody know of any GREENER pastures in web-based email?
