My dentist says brush and floss is the key.

Now with all that said, I still would love toothpaste kinds.

Grandbaby and daughter here and will surely think we are nuts to the

max. Daughter back with more Crohn's treatments using NAET and

acupuncture plus 2 foot baths per week while here (2 weeks only).

Hi team,

If in fact you are asking what I use on my teeth - good old fashioned baking soda! (I use it as a facial scrub also.) After brushing teeth, I rub neem oil into teeth and guns. Am going to also find some magnesium oil spray to add to regime. Beware of the neem oil, it is foul! I would love to read others teeth cleaning regime. I did make up a batch of teeth cleaning powder from the files. I didn't like it at all though.
