Guest guest
soak your hand in acv - 20 minutes a day or twice a day. also mix equal parts of acv and natural honey - dilute with water... stir till diluted and add ice and drink up... helps arthritis...would probably help the osteo also. diana <gdiana07@...> wrote: yes, i am in pain...both my hand and i can barely walk.diana
Guest guest
To make a tea, soak one teaspoon of powdered bark in a cup of cold water for eight hours. This allows the salicin to dissolve into the water (it is slow to get into solution). Strain out the bark and drink. You may make as much as you want in advance but refrigerate no more than 48 hours after which it will lose its effectiveness. This stuff really tastes nasty (commonly called bitter and astringent) so you may want to add whatever you can think of the make it drinkable. If you're not used to it you may start with less. Guest guest
There is a prescription strength Motrin and for years you could only get it through a script. What is sold over the counter is a " lesser " version of the prescription strength. HTH - At 08:53 PM 5/28/2008, you wrote: Why did he write a prescription for Motrin? Guest guest
Motrin is not aspirin. You can't take either? I think you need to build your bones as well as deal with pain. Calcium and vitamin D to absorb it. I whatever form works best for you. Gayla Always Enough Ranch Acampo, California aeranch@... Guest guest
Well Lesa, it sounds like everything is inter-related to me. You should probably see a nutritionist that does hair analysis, find out exactly what you are low on, have a compound pharmacist make a supplement that suits you, and follow a suitable diet and exercise plan. I had FMS, CFIDS, IBS, insomnia, fibroids, and debilitating nausea 15 years ago. You can’t slap remedies on all the symptoms as they pop up and hope they just go away. Building a program from the ground up that is suited for your body is what works. For me it was a cyto-toxic diet, which is simply one without any processed foods or meat; supplements made especially for me; low-impact exercises; and a positive attitude. Calming teas with B12 will work against each other energy-wise. B vitamins should be taken before 3 pm and calming teas in the evenings. Malic acid and calcium lactate with magnesium help joint pain. You have to take the malic acid with food though. Caffeine contributes to fibroids and hormone imbalance. If you change your diet you will find the acid problem will go away. Ginger root and/or red raspberry leaf tea would probably reduce the nausea. Hiatal hernias are more common in middle aged women. They can be caused by weight gain, labor and delivery, an injury, or being born with a weak or large hiatus. If the lifestyle changes mentioned above do not resolve the discomfort from it, you may require surgery. These surgeries are minimally invasive, however, there is no guarantee the hernia will not reappear down the road. A lot of people never have any symptoms from these at all, but if the stomach is getting pinched off, then surgery will be necessary to correct this.
