Guest guest
Lesley, I can understand the desire to get all the toxins out at once . . . but . . . take it easy. As you discover how you feel with each one, you'll learn which cleanses you can combine. . . i.e. Epsom salt baths and probiotics - no problem. An Epsoms salt bath combined with a clay bath wouldn't work! We are all very individual and react differently. If you herx too much, you'll dread continuing and give up. The idea is to move cautiously and, when you feel ready, try one more. Some cleanses you will do only occasionally so you can alternate. Personally, I feel that God leads me to what I need, when I need it. I feel attracted to, or repelled by, something based on what I need. Right now, I'm feeling strongly I need to try the Miracle II products. I know this isn't a very clear cut answer . . . but I think you'll find it works for you too!
