Guest guest
We have a double garage- it has a wall between the 2 garages and a lockable door between the 2 ( 1 side was going to be used as an office to start with). You can only use a key to open it......and you guessed it the key was inside the house, I had no phone and the lock is on the other side of this shed door......... Today- I am immersed in trying to find something in 1 side of the " shed " and and were play sword fighting. then shoves onto 1 side of the garage/shed and proceeds to close and lock the door- locking and I inside. says " Mummy- just locked us in here " Count to about 10 and puts on some music and cranks it REALLY loud- and I mean loud enough that I jump when it is turned on. If we had knocked or called out no-one would or could have heard us. We have at trailer in that side of the shed, and tis FULL of boxes ( we have allot of junk to be sorted) so and I (growing belly and all!) clamber over the trailer and assorted boxes and mountain bikes and the like, and get out via the front roller door. Imagine to look of shock on 's face when we come in the FRONT door????? He did not look impressed- nor did Mummy dearest. Needless to say Young Mr Padwan received a time out, got yelled at ( yes I patted his backside as he trotted past me) and then Daddy had a talking to him as well. Trent reckons he didnt turn the music on deliberately - but I reckon he did- devious lil snot....... Now my only other concern is that the other Young Mr Padwan now knows how to get out of our house if the need should arise.......Trent says well tis along journey over the trailer and to the front of the garage door- but what if figures out that the OTHER door is the same?? That way is clear - well for the moment anyways......I may be looking at some more grey hairs soon me thinks- esp if shows that way out of the house......... ho hum........Oh the joy of kidlets........ That was the highlight of our day so far -- Aussie Leis- mum to , Natasha, and Jellybean I'm not a hero-I don't save the world. I just kill bad guys. - aged
