Guest guest
Is the hydrogen peroxide you are putting in your ears food grade? I have been gargling with 3% non food grade H2O2 for the past couple of weeks. I think someone on this list, or on my fasting forum list, spoke about using it. Well I followed the advice and my teeth feel absolutely great. They are so smooth, just like when I've had them polished at the dentist. It's amazing. I also gargled when I had a sore throat and it went away within 15 minutes. So to whoever spoke about it, thank you.
