Guest guest
Hi all When it gets windy gets a runny nose. He has been sent home from school today- as he was teary and had a runny nose in class. He is now stashed on bed (under protest) with books and a drink, and told no swimming today or after hours school care (both of which he loves) because he has been sent home sick. At home his nose does not run. Anyone have any solutions or ideas? Would a beanie on the way to school help? He has no allergies that I know of, tho I do suffer from allergies ( esp now as I CANNOT take any meds..grrrrrrrrrrr). I would prefer not top give him Sudafed etc unless I have to , but find it odd that his nose is runny at school but not home. I know that mine runs in the wind too, but have no idea how to stop it. Thanks guys!! Jellybean will make his/her arrival in 7 weeks in case anyone was wondering All is going well health wise apart form my allergies.........but if that is all I have to complain about I am very lucky Easter was better than expected- 4 days with all 3 kids home and no casualties.............. -- Aussie Leis- mum to , Natasha, and Jellybean

Guest guest
LOL- well it sorta feels like a year or more- I have been lucky this time around ( touch wood) in that when you have 3 kids you have to keep on keeping in so haven't really " felt " pregnant apart from some odd nausea that came and went in the first 6 months ( but has gone now) and belly bashing my kids in the head. I have found my anger harder to control, and am now finding that emotionally tis harder- so I am starting to feel it now Also my clothes don't fit anymore, so I am now up to hubby and maternity clothes My belly button popped out about 10 weeks ago, so that can be tender, and I Cannot wait for that to go back to normal - i also am looking forward to being able to take drugs for my allergies!!
