Dr. Hulda PHD., ND., transported straight to

Indiana by car...

We have just learned that 70 year old Dr. Hulda R.

has been transported 2,100 miles from San Diego,

CA, to Nashville, IN in the wee hours of the morning.

She arrived at the Brown County Jail at 2:30 a.m..

The arraignment hearing was hastily held at 9:00 AM.

in front of Brown County Circuit Court Judge

Mollo. Prosecutor Oliver represented Brown

County, IN. Steve Dillon, of Indianapolis,

represented Dr. who was charged in Indiana with

" practicing medicine without a license. "

Dr. pled " NOT GUILTY. " The judge reduced her

bond to $10,000 from $15,000. Trial date - February

2, 2000. She was released on bond at 10:00 AM (PST)

and will stay with friends in Indiana.

Brown County officers left San Diego, CA, with

in custody, at 5:00 PM PST Monday, October 4, 1999 and

arrived in Indiana at 2:30 AM (PST) Wednesday Oct. 6.

The 2,100 mile trip was made in 33 ½ hours non stop.

World renowned author and research scientist Hulda

Regehr , Ph.D., N.D., was arrested by the FBI in

San Diego on a fugitive warrant from the State of

Indiana September 20th, 1999.

70 year old Dr. , most famous for her books " The

Cure for all Cancers, " , " The Cure for HIV and

AIDS, " and " The Cure for All Diseases, " was arrested in

San Diego County. She was held, without possibility

of bail, in a federal holding facility in San Diego

for over two weeks.
