Guest guest
, I think you have not seen the forest for the trees as they say. You have gotten some really good advice, from REAL people here, not just posts, and with that comes friendship and getting to know people. It's unfortunate that you were unwilling to simply open mail that appealed to you- as you will notice most subject topics will either appease you or not depending on what your looking for. If you have or had a question, simply asking it would have opened up more doors on the subject matter your looking for. I am not a moderator, but I can tell you that this is one of the BEST groups I have been lucky enough to be a part of. My son had torticollis which also caused much of his plagio. These great moderators were intelligent enough, and gracious enough to let me talk about tort in correlation to plagio, where others have not. I feel the two (tort and plagio) in some cases go hand in hand, and I am grateful that for those members that are in my boat, I can share my experience even though it may not be TOTALLY related to plagio, although a cause of which some parents are unaware of. Good luck in finding a group that has no personality and only offers a cold hand in giving just the facts ma'am if that's what your looking for. All the best to you and your child through this arduous journey, ' Mom
Guest guest
Let me start by saying that I have greatly appreciated the advice and support I've found at this group. It has made a difference in the treatment we are seeking for our daughter. However, I am going to remove myself from the group due to the overwhelming number of messages there are to sift through everyday. Without a moderator, it seems that any topic is fair game to this group. I would prefer to stick to the topic and save the other parenting issues .... like new baby names, mother-in-law jokes, pampers points, and tantrums...for the numerous parenting support groups that have nothing to do with plagiocephaly. I'm finding that I don't fit into this group. Again, thank you for all the plagio info that you have shared. It is encouraging to know that others have found success and have seen their babies' head and faces straighten out. Best of luck to everyone.
