Guest guest
e~ As far as the night sleeping I would just prop something under there so it gave her the smallest of rises to roll her head gently into the center. I also had her in a positioner so that it kept her on her back so that when I put something under there to prop her she was not in danger of rolling into it or smothering etc. Hard to explain how I did it wish I could draw a diagram!! ha ha I was a worry wart too about making sure she was safe Graces helmet also was closer on one side by her ear at first do to the asymetry of the ears. One was slightly more forward so as the helmet started to work its' magic then the helmet fit evenly on both sides. But at first the fit by the ears was off because as the orthotist explained it if he would have made it to exactly fit her head then it does not improve. It is constructed to be the way they want the head to mold so certain things will be off until the growth spurts of the head begin and the helmet can start working. But as far the low on the eyes we had that shaved because they should not be blinded by the helmet! I will be anxious to hear what the orthotist says when you go in good luck and Grace
