Guest guest
I purchased phenfree for this challenge. How does everyone take it? Every day for 4 days or every other day? What are the side effects of taking this and does it really burn fat?
Guest guest
Most people take Phen-Free every other day on cardio days. Don't start with the maximum dose. Try one pill twice a day (like pre-workout and after lunch) and work up to more. Don't take it late in the day or you'll never sleep. The side effects are many and varied. Phen-Free contains St. 's Wort which can interfere with the effectiveness of birth control pills. If you're using oral contraceptives you probably don't want to be using Phen-Free. It contains synephrine which will make you freakishly alert. It can cause insomnia on days you take it and a huge crash in your energy levels on days you don't. It contains yohimbe, which in large doses can actually cause hallucinations. It made me VERY worried, anxious, and depressed. I mean like I was pacing around peeking out the windows and stuff. I was lying awake and night agonizing about credit card debt, cancer, and the end of the world. That's totally unlike me. I was willing to put up with all the side effects though if it helped me lose weight. It didn't. I finally came to my senses and took it back. Then.... drumroll. I moved on to BetaLean. That WORKED!! I was a bundle of energy, I felt great, and lost an inch off my waist in the first week. My heart flipped out and I ended up in the cardiology unit though. So, scratch that. Some people have great luck with fat burners. I'm not one of them. Can you see why they didn't make me an EAS spokesperson? LOL My essay would go like, " Phen-Free nearly poisoned me. I saw large pink rabbits in the trees and didn't sleep for several days. Betalean worked great until they had to pry the bottle out of my clenched fist in the emergency room. " Ha! I crack myself up. :-) But seriously, fat burners aren't for everybody. If you try something and it makes you feel weird, stop taking it pronto. It's not worth it. How do I take phenfree? Guest guest
That sounds pretty scarry. If I take the PP and decide I'm better off without it, how long does it take to leave my system? Also, if it speeds up my metabolism and I start to really burn fat, will I gain back fat faster when I discontinue the PP even if I'm still working out? > Most people take Phen-Free every other day on cardio days. Guest guest
I'm not sure how long Phen-Free would take to leave your system. I felt better in a few days. Any thermogenic only raises your metabolism by 100-200 calories a day. Have a couple cups of coffee and walk the dog and you've made up the difference. Don't think you need to worry about rebound weight gain.
