Insurance has paid a penny!

Hello!

I just thought this was too funny. As you all are ware, I have been fighting Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to cover 's DOC Band. Anyway, I reveived my EOB yesterday, and Anthem paid a penny. I also received a check for a penny. Of course I was very angry, so I immediately called them, and they said it was being reprocessed. We are now hopefully that they will pay at least a nickel :>). I just don't know what to think of them, apparently they have no clue what they are doing. I got that out of network crap, so I wrote a letter stating how Cranial Technologies is the ONLY provider of the DOC Band and how there are no choices of other providers. So it looks like that I still have a battle to fight.
