United Healtcare first submission

Hi, Ana,

Our insurance is United Healthcare also. So, I'm about to face this

problem soon, I'm sure. We've paid out of pocket so far, and I was

told we didn't have to get preapproval, but that doesn't mean they'll

cover it.

Any advice for submitting the material? Did you just start out by

sending in the invoice, or did you also send in a letter from the

doctor with the first submission?

Any advice from you or others who have dealt with United Healthcare

would be greatly appreciated!
