Guest guest
Paige, I don't think this is common practice for the DOCband. In fact, I don't think it is a very common practice in general, but there have been a number of people in the past and present whose orthos have instructed them to go to night wearing only. It's not a bad idea, but I think most orthos have the babies wear the device 23/7 until they feel all the correction they can get has been achieved. You might ask your ortho about it at your next adjustment appointment. Marci (Mom to ) Oklahoma
Guest guest
Paige~ Grace is winding down on her helmet time so the last month she wears it our ortho has instructed us to have her wear it nights only. She wears a locally made helmet and not a DOC band. But up until we start that Grace wears her helmet 23/7 ~ and Grace
Guest guest
I've read several emails where the children reach a point in which they only need sleep in their helmets at night. is in a DOC band, but we have heard nothing of his graduating to night time band wearing only. Is that common? That would be so great! Paige, Mom to (doc band 3/6/02) and Sam
