I have been getting up way before the crack of dawn for two weeks now.....something I haven't done consistently for years. I have charts, photos, cut outs and what have you, all over the place. I'm even thinking of going body shopping....taking my camera out to find some women who will let me get their abs or arms or whatever on film! One thing I noticed about your daily today is that it seems you may be skimping on the protein. I try to eat my body weight in grams each day. I'm 160 so that gives me 26 grams of protein/carbohydrates at each meal. I could be wrong however. At any rate, you've made it through half of your first day and that's great!
