What I need to know is, how long does Spironolactone take to leave the body? Is it cleared by the kidneys, liver or intestines?  I do have a history of retaining medications and need lower doses. Unless the Spironolactone built up in me. It has been over twenty days that I stopped the medication.  I also read that steroid medications can take a long time to eliminate? Caro Most out by 2 weeks. May your pressure be low! C.E. Guest guest
Takes a good 8-12 weeks to get rid of Spiro in your body. In some cases it takes longer. Guest guest
Yes I know what you mean. Vein popping used to happen to me a lot last year before I was diagnosed.with PA. Its quite painful. It hasn't happened lately though thankfully. I was always wondering if it was happening to my arms and fingers is it happening in my brain? And if so, would it cause some bleeding that would cause brain injury? Farah On 9/30/06, CDillardda@... <CDillardda@...> wrote: In a message dated 9/30/2006 7:55:14 P.M.
