Guest guest
Jill: He's doing this becuz he CAN! It is no fun, I know. Been there. I don't know if you can really let him cry it out seems how you have twins in the same room as one another (right?), but that's what they say to do, and yes, it does stink, but it does work. Abby did the exact same thing from age 12 or 13 mos - 18 mos or so....and stupid me let her. She'd get up mostly every night around 2 am (5 hrs after she went down) and think it was play time, for at least an hour. Finally last August, I couldn't take any more of that. I tried letting her cry it out, but she'd bang her head on the wall (Boy, did I miss her band then!). FINALLY I started yelling at her from our bedroom which is right next to hers " you're naughty, it's night night time, go back to sleep! " ..........it worked!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend not taking him out of his crib any more, this is quickly becoming part of his routine. Easier said than done, but it works, take if from me after letting my 1 yr old run my sleep schedule for 5 LONG miserable mos! Good luck.
