Ear Asymmetry and DOC band

also had asymmetrical ears and the DOC band was just a little to

close to one ear- so we asked them to shave it a bit to help with the

rubbing. I think comfort is important too- and I wouldn't want my ear

pinched so I asked them to please take a little off- no problem!
