Guest guest
Just a Heads Up for those following the Palin saga. Mc in in the House or Representatives has a 16 month old with ds. She is the founder of of the Congressional Down Syndrome Caucus. I am on her mailing list and you can join as well. http://mcmorris.house.gov/IMA/subscription.htm While I differ with her on some political issues, I am delighted to have (no matter how the vice presidential race comes out) someone in government who is aware of down syndrome. There have been numerous in the past, but as we move forward, we need to have advocates in the right places. The following is snipped from the newsletter I got today .. Rick p.s. my politics are not about simply getting more for me and my friends ... I am for compassion over rightiousness and for thinking about lives of people throughout the world .. as people, not as foreigners or enemies. > > *In Case You Missed It...* > > I wanted to share with you articles that ran today in Roll Call and > Politico.
