I'm a little confused about your post.

Where did you find "Mark" to begin with? In our files/bookmarks sections, or in a post?? Let me know more details, and I will do what I can to help!

Help with Appeal

Hello,How would I find a person who posted that they won their appeal? My Insurance company is Coventry. Mark posted that he won his appeal in 2000. I informed Coventry that I know they have paid for I treatment of a girl in Nebraska. They are saying that child had significant functional inpairment as a part of her plagio. I think they are flat out lying to me. Neither of Marks letters refer to any functional problems. He is actually agrueing that it should be covered because it is a congenitial abnormality and not cosmetic. So, does anyone know how I could contact Mark? For more plagio info

Hi Kendra,

I found Mark in the " who won Appeals " section. He and his wife won

their appeal for cranial molding thru Coventry Insurance. In their

appeal letter it said they were from Nebraska. I looked on line for a

Nebraska phone book and actually found them. I spoke to Liz (the mom)

and she saidthere daughter had no functional impairment at all.

Unfortunately I am getting the run around from the insurance. Looks

like we will have to get an attorney.

Thanks for your willingness to help. Sorry I was not more clear.

Marks full name is actually beside his appeal letter. I didn't want

to give his full name though.
