Hello all,

Just a quick post to let you all know i am still around! I just have

been busy lately but I am still reading all the post and trying to

keep up with it all(you are such a big group that it is extremely

difficult to keep up once you get behind.)

Well, my family is gearing up to move next month. We are ready to

get out of the city. I used to love the city as a teenager but as a

mommy I don't love it so much. Austen starts kindergarten in August

and I just would like him in a smaller school with less kids per

class. He is the type of kid who needs a smaller group setting. We

have to stay close to Kansas City because Leigha's dr. is here and

she still will have to see him for awhile so we are moving 3 hours

south of where we are. I am sorry that I never got to know the

hundreds of mom's that around the kansas city area but I still will

be close by and I still extend my friendship to all of you. And I

will only be a few hours away if anyone ever needs any help from me!

Meanwhile I will still have internet(I'm not moving to the boonhills

of the Ozarks) and I am going to try and spread my knowledge like

wildfire to the smaller communities in Southern MO. If anyone is

looking for a friend around their area we will be in Lamar Missouri

which is only a hours drive from Joplin, MO~Pitsburgh Kansas~2 hour

drive from Springfield, MO~ and of course 3 hours from Kansas City.

This move will also put me closer to Arkansas and Texas. But this

should help my faimly out finacially and hopefully emotionally since

family is down in that area. Anyways that is where we are as far as

moving.

Leigha is ~well~ a brat! The terrible two's have set in and she wont

be 2 until July! She is rotten with a capital R and well.....she's a

drama queen. Sometimes I can't help laugh at her tantrums. She just

got over a double earinfection 2 weeks ago and then got sick again 3

days ago! Only one of my kids could get sick in such nice weather!I

was worried that it was yet another ear infection(since her ear

canals are built differently because of her cranial condition). But

it wasn't her ears were clear. Maybe its Spring Fever ;o)! We have

another genetics appointment in July to get blood test done to see if

she indeed has a syndrome. I am at the point now that it really

doesn't matter if she does or doesn't have a syndrome but we would

like to know so Austen can be tested later before he has kids to find

out if he's a carrier of a gene. But pray for us that its good news.

I am so far okay, My health is doing funny things for which I have

gotten a pelvic ultrasound and just monday an endometrial biopsy. My

uterous was measured at 9 cm when its supposed to be normally 5 cm

and the endometrial lining is abnormally thick....if the biopsy

results are funny then I will be sent to a specialtist for a

hystroectomy... i guess whatever stops my problem is what I am hoping

for. Like I said I am still involved with the group and praying for

all of you...just mostly relaxing and having some fun. I started my

own group on MSN basically for just fun! I called in Missouri Mommy

Chat in hopes to unite some Missouri Mommy's and get awareness out

for Cranio and Plagio at the same time. Any mommy is welcome to

check it out and join if you want ;) but its only about jokes and fun

and art, and pictures.....this is the main group for support and

where I will always turn people too that fit the criteria for it.

I love all of you and you and your beautiful kids are in my prayers!

Mel:

Good to hear from you again! Our 2 minute Tues night chats just

don't seem to be long enough - LOL, hehe.

Sounds like precious Leigha is a bit of a handful right now huh? Too

bad you aren't moving to MI so her & Abby could be stinkers together

huh? Maybe they'd blow the stink off of each other & their attitudes!

I hope all comes back ok with your test results. Please let us know

whatever you find out. I'm sure you just want an answer of some sort

to know what's causing your troubles. I hope it's a good answer

though!

Hope to " see " you in chat Tues night!
