Did you check out the " Bookmarks " section on the plagio group homepage?

There are LOTS of links to sites that have articles about plagio and I

beleive the AMA document is bookmarked there as well.

Hi ,

We should have our Cigna appeal done by Monday as well. You can find the AMA statement by looking in Files > Help Folder > INSURANCE HELP from the group home page. You can't get the statement from the AMA website unless you're a doctor, so I'm grateful to whomever posted it on this site. You can also go to www.fda.gov and search on "DOC band" and find the FDA classification for the band if that will help your argument. Let me know how it goes. We're all in this together!

I need some help. I am in the process of writing myappeals letter to Cigna and I am looking for someconvincing articles that support the use of the DOCband. I am also trying to find the AMA document thatstates that plagiocephaly is not a cosmetic fix. Ihave looked on plagiocephaly.com web site and atCranial Tech. page and I need some more info. Myappeal letter needs to be faxed by Monday because theyare doing an urgent review on Ethan's case. Any andall help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
