1 year old in UK : need advise in the UK

We have a 1 year old (ph) and are inthe UK. We have been to see

a local specialist and they say he is OK and that no parts of his

head and fused together yet. This was a few months ago but nothing

seems to have changed and we are obviously a little worried. They

say they the band stuff is not done in the UK - I'm looking for

further information really and advise on what to do next.
